I have none! I’m better with the structure of dukan than I ever was with the freedom of slimming world, e.g one small glass of white wine for a few sins turned into a bottle too frequently. Abstinence is easier but by no means easy. How does everyone eat so well so often?? There are too many temptations for my liking!
So far so good though, and I’m down to 14.06 this morning from 14.4 two days ago! Go me! Off to a Sunday morning spin class now, my first since before I went skiing for Christmas 😬 wish me luck!
